  • Invitation letter from the inviting company (Copy)

  • Employers letter to state all information of the applicants visit (Original)

  • Vaccinations against yellow fever and cholera (for Non-EU-Citizens)

  • Flight booking reservation (can be booked by our company)

  • Hotel booking confirmation for tourist visit (can be booked by our company)
