Belarus (Business Visa)

  • Passport (at least valid for 6 month)

  • One visa applications form (to be filled in electronically)

  • One passport sized photo (EU-Norm)

  • Invitation letter from the inviting company (Original)

  • Travelling insurance covering the entire duration of the visit and a copy of the health insurance card = E-Card (Travelling insurance can be issued by our Agency)

 

      Additional requirements for 6 or 12 months visa:

  • Invitation letter issued by legal person in Belarus with entry and exit dates

  • Contract between booth companies (Original)

  • Employers letter to state all information of the applicants visit (Original)
