The Villa:
The exclusive, in December 2014 newly opened chalets in Saalfelden are a popular haven escape with comfortable touch, perfectly designated for privacy of families and friends. The Chalet represents two standalone houses that are located in a prominent area of Saalfelden with an astonishing panoramic view of the surrounding Alps as well as of the city.
The exclusively equipped villa has a total usage area of 145 m². The ground floor features an open living room together with a fully equipped kitchen and a broad dining area. At the two upper floors there are three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. All three bedrooms feature a balcony or a wonderful spacious terrace offering a beautiful view of the entire Saalachtal region. Furthermore, you can enjoy advantage of the sauna located at the first floor featuring a breath taking view of the surrounding mountains. The whole house is equipped with high quality large sized ceramics, oak wooden floors in the bedrooms, floor heating as well as automatically adjustable raff stores. There are two parking places available. A comfortable roof top terrace and the ground floor terrace with the garden and high quality outdoor lounge furniture and sunbeds are ideal places to relax and enjoy the mild alpine sun and astonishing views.

In summer, one can choose among a tremendous number of activities and leisure offers. In the vicinity of our holiday homes you can play golf, swim in the Ritzensee Lake or in the Obsmarkt Saalfelden Adventure Pool (which is only a 5 min walk away), hike in the Pinzgauer Mountains or explore the region by bike or mountain bike.
